Jat Baje Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

Welcome to the Jat Baje platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Jat Baje and all its members. By opening an account, logging in, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions.

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings from Jat Baje:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number registered on your account.
• Once KYC verification is complete, funds are typically received within 3–5 minutes.
• You may submit a maximum of 3 withdrawal requests per day.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jat Baje platform:

• Using bots, automated software, or scripts.

• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Completing KYC using a false identity or forged documents.

If any of the above activities are detected, Jat Baje reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account and forfeit all balances without prior notice. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

Jat Baje may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification details are not submitted within the required timeframe.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• If the member requests self-exclusion.

If there is a withdrawable balance at the time an account is closed, Jat Baje will make reasonable efforts to return it — however, this does not apply in cases of rule violations.

Members can also request account closure at any time through the support team. If a balance remains, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it first.

At Jat Baje, we believe gaming should be a form of entertainment — never a problem. That's why we actively encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given time period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
